Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our Westbury based client who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis..

What you will be doing:

In this key role, your duties will include the following :

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR guidance and support for a number of sites although mainly Westbury
  • Employee relations including conflicts, disputes and grievances
  • HR policy guidance
  • Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
  • Recruitment support for Managers as well as involvement in the on-boarding process
  • Performance management support
  • Administration of employee benefit programmes
  • Some payroll involvement

What you will need to succeed:

  • A proven record of employee relations is essential
  • The ability to keep up to date with employment law changes
  • Manufacturing / production experience and exposure to Unions would also be useful
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office
  • First rate communication skills at all levels
  • The ability to manage a busy and ever changing workload
  • Your own transport is essential as you will be required to travel between sites
