Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to lead the property department at a large not-for-profit organisation based in Bristol. The role will involve overseeing the development and successful delivery of new build and refurbishment projects.

Description

• Oversee and manage the development of new build and refurbishment projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Lead and manage the property department
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement project strategies and plans
• Regularly report on project progress and outcomes
• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards
• Foster a positive and productive work environment within the department

Profile

A successful Development Manager should have:

• Chartered membership of RICS
• Proven experience in managing and delivering construction projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of construction regulations and standards
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
