Description
- Oversee and manage the development of new build and refurbishment projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Lead and manage the property department
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans
- Regularly report on project progress and outcomes
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the department
Profile
A successful Development Manager should have:
- Chartered membership of RICS
- Proven experience in managing and delivering construction projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of construction regulations and standards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
