Due to an internal move, our client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to handle mortgages up to £1 million, with the average property value being £350,000. The previous Mortgage Advisor banked over £180,000, but with the potential to surpass £200,000, your earnings could exceed £95,000!

- Steady Stream of Leads: Receive new mortgage leads daily from a financially incentivised team of estate agency staff.
- Team Work: Working alongside a sales-focused team of estate agency staff to deliver top-notch regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection products.
- New Leads: Managing an expected 8-10 first appointments per week and aiming to write 2 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500.
- Remortgage: Your proactive approach will allow you to achieve substantial earnings, with the potential to bank over £200,000 and earn £90,000+ annually.
- Existing Client Base: Access a database of existing clients and offer remortgage services.
- Thriving Market: Work in a busy Westcliff-on-Sea office dealing with mortgages up to £1m and an average property value of £350k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and offer a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the estate agency team to generate new leads and referrals.
- Manage your own diary and prioritise client appointments.
Key Skills:
We are looking for a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with:
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) with CAS.
- Proven experience in mortgage sales and advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of mortgages and protection products.
- Team player mentality.
- Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
