We are seeking a tenacious and resilient Executive Support Administrator to provide high-level PA support to the Operations Director and administration support to the financial advisors. This is a hybrid role within a financial services firm based in Westerham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PA support to the Operations Director, managing their diary and client appointments.
  • Manage the Partner's inbox, including emails, delegated tasks, and deadlines.
  • Deliver administrative support to the financial advisors.
  • Manage client queries with effective communication and a professional approach.
  • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process applications with precision and oversee their timely completion with third parties.

Special Requirements

  • Strong level of financial administration skills and experience within the financial services sector is essential.
  • Knowledge of pensions and financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with client management systems such as Salesforce is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with high-level clients and building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.

Benefits

  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience, with discretionary bonus (up to 12% of basic salary).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one hour paid lunch) Hybrid role.
