B1/C Licensed Engineers - Permanent Role - Biggin Hill Airport

Shorterm Group is currently seeking highly skilled B1/C Licensed Engineers type rated on any of the following aircraft: Cessna 525, Learjet 45,Learjet 75, BD100 (Bombardier Challenger 300), Bombardier challenger 600 (CL600-2B16 604 variant), Bombardier Global Express.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of their fleet and third-party aircraft under Bombardier approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee base and line maintenance for group and customer aircraft, ensuring timely and accurate certification.
Ensure compliance with airworthiness, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects with in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and industry protocols.
Effectively manage a team of support staff, providing oversight during large base maintenance checks.
Maintain detailed and precise aircraft documentation, adhering to maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting best practices.
Demonstrate strong planning, communication, and time management skills.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Valid UK Part 66 and/or EASA Part 66 B1.1/C Licence.
Type ratings on one or more of the following aircraft: Cessna 525, Learjet 45, BD100 (CL300), CL600-2B16 (604 variant), BD700 Global.
Candidates must have 6 months recency on type within the last 2 years.
Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
Ability to obtain airside security clearance.
Proven experience in managing base and line maintenance teams.
