We are looking for a Service Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join a professional organisation in the Biggin Hill area.
Main Purpose of Job:
- To join the service and support team and assist with the operations of the department from an administrative perspective
- To serve a customer base of currently 500 service users.
- The role would include assistance with any task involved in the service delivery process from job deployment to invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job deployment
- Distributing call outs
- Assisting with customer queries
- Invoicing
- Raising of POs into active jobs
- Projects admin
- Report chasing
- Report delivery to customers
- Ordering quoted materials
- Vehicle organisation contact
- QA and Vendor documentation
- Internal process such as product defects and repairs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current / previous admin experience
- Have solid communication skill both verbally and written
- Confident IT and data entry skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise jobs
- Customer focused with good problem solving ability
- Able to work in line with targets and deadlines
Hours per week:
Monday to Friday - 0830 to 1730 with an hour lunch per day
On site car parking available.
