Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to a student with autism.
Assist in the planning and delivery of personalised learning programs.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Support students with daily activities, social interactions, and life skills.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with autism is essential.
A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs are desirable.
