We're working with a small but very successful family run business in Weston-super-Mare, that are looking for the first Business Development Representative to join their team. They're offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus an uncapped and very achievable commission structure. Not to mention, this is a WARM sales role, opening different doors within existing client accounts!
The role of Business Development Representative involves:
- Learning and understanding the company's full products offering.
- Identifying key current accounts for the business.
- Finding new contacts, within current accounts, to open new relationships within them.
- Using various methods to get in touch with new contacts - phone, LinkedIn etc.
- Promoting the products that would suit client's needs best.
- Booking appointments for Account Executives to meet with clients and finalise sales.
For the Business Development Representative, you need:
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive, SDR, BDR, BDM or similar.
- A self-motivated individual that is able to manage their own diary well.
- The proven ability to hit revenue targets - assisting deals from £10,000 - 300,000.
- Based locally to Weston-super-Mare as this is an office-based role.
As the Business Development Representative, you'll get:

? Realistic first year OTE £40,000 - 60,000 - very achievable to earn much more!
