Job Title: Property Inventory and Inspection ClerkLocation: Travelling position, Covering Burnham-On-Sea to Patchway.Salary: £25,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 5:30 pm. 30 minute lunch breakJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory and Inspection Clerk to join highly regarded, independent property business in the Weston-Super-Mare branch.The Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk role:Submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basisBuild effective and warm relationships with tenants, whilst conducting mid-terms inspectionsUndertake inventory and check-out services on properties, with a keen eye and attention to detailMeet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of workAttend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory's, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAsSkills Required:A keen eye and attention to details with 100% accuracyExcellent customer serviceStrong organizational skillsAbility to work to deadlines and tight turn-around timesClear and articulate communication, both verbal and writtenAbility to work autonomously and manage own workloadExperience:Preferably some experience in carrying out property inventory and inspectionsProven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service
