Licensed Conveyancer - Western-super-mare

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with prestigious firm in Weston Super Mare is searching for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This firm prides itself on a culture that values collaboration and client satisfaction. Successful candidates will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities that include managing property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release.

Candidates must be qualified Solicitors or CIlex with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all areas of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and possess the ability to manage a substantial caseload with autonomy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, conducting due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.
  • Handle all property matters independently, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (sales, purchase, re-mortgage, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation, etc.).
  • Achieve time and billing targets
  • Effectively manage a varied caseload, adapting to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organised and maintained in good order.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to the department workflow and assisting with other client projects when required.
  • Build strong client relationships by embodying the firm's ethos of providing exceptional client care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitors or CIlex with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE),
  • Proven experience in handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters independently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
