Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Salary: Up to £30,000 annum including commission

The Role…

We have an exciting opportunity to join our sales team in the capacity of a Sales Support Executive. This role will support the Sales Director in liaising with our national field agents in providing our customers with the best experience possible, and the delivery of all associated administrative duties.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A high level of organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills are required.
  • A good knowledge of UK geography would be desirable.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar level support role, with the ability to:

  • Work in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication is key as this role will interact within the sales team, as well as with field agents and other departments to progress customer orders and resolve queries.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is vital, with the role holder being proactive and taking ownership of their responsibilities.

Why work for us…

  • The successful candidate will receive full training on our products and services as part of a structured induction.
  • Annual salary is £26,000 and a non-contractual commission is also available, meaning earning potential of up to and potentially in excess of £30,000 per annum.
  • Working hours are between 9.00am - 5.00 / 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings on a rota basis, usually one in three.
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, rising by one day per year up to 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • Salary Sacrifice Company Pension Scheme, with life assurance.
  • After successful completion of their probationary period the successful candidate will be eligible to receive the Bupa Cash Plan benefit.
