M&M Supply, a new education agency, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join and supply schools on a temporary and long term basis.

About the Role:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment.
- Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities.
- Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK
- x2 Recent References
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
