Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering a landmark project that has been in the works for the past 100 years. The project will reduce local traffic flow by 78%, create new routes for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders, and protect local habitats, including the creation of new ponds, woodlands, and wetlands. You will be joining a well-established team made up of both permanent and contract staff, fostering a collaborative environment where diverse backgrounds and expertise come together to drive success.
With main construction starting in April, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire commercial function, including procurement, change management, and subcontractor management.
