Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a local Weston-super-Mare business to find someone to support their finance department on a Part-Time basis (20-25 hours a week, ideally 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday but hours are open to discussion).The ideal candidate will have experience working with Sage Line 50 accounts, dealing with both sales and purchase ledger duties. Due to it being a small team you will also be happy to get stuck in with other administrative duties such as order processing and customer queries.Duties include:
- Processing and reviewing purchase and sales invoices using SAGE 50
- Processing customer orders, general office tasks, to include answering the telephone, taking enquiries, ordering stationary,
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of credit card statements
In return this role offers a competitive salary range of £13.40ph - £15.40ph.
