A long-established firm of solicitors in the Bristol and Somerset region is seeking a Legal Cashier to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities include raising client invoices, daily bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and processing bank payments.
Candidates should be ambitious, passionate about accounting and finance, and ideally AAT qualified or equivalent, with no prior legal sector experience required.
Full training will be provided to address any skill gaps, with a clear path for career progression to Finance Manager level.
An excellent starting salary is offered, with the potential for increases as the candidate's career develops.

Our client, a long-established firm of solicitors with multiple offices throughout the Bristol and Somerset region, are seeking a Legal Cashier to further strengthen their team, responsibilities to include:

Raising client invoicesDaily bank reconciliationsVAT returnsPosting transactions to the firm’s finance systemProcess bank payments and transfersPurchase ledger- posting of invoices and payments

Applications are invited from ambitious candidates who are passionate about accounting & finance and have aspirations to progress their career to Finance Manager level. Ideally you will be AAT qualified, or equivalent.

You do not need previous experience within the legal sector to apply. Full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skillset.
