What we are looking for in our Senior Support Worker:

You must have experience in similar settings and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a supportive and hands on leadership role.
Work together with individuals to encourage and follow their bespoke support packages.
Have or be working towards Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care qualification.
Must be a driver
