As the Painter/Decorator, you will be responsible for:

Painting and decorating within void and occupied properties
Some wallpapering work
Liaising with tenants and site teams

The Painter/Decorator will receive in return:

165 per day
Guaranteed work with an ASAP start
No call-outs

The successful Painter/Decorator will:

Have some social housing experience
Have their own vehicle and tools (van not essential, just space for materials)
