Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to run our cafe, Tom Foolery and steakhouse, Masa youll need to have worked with fresh ingredients, be calm under pressure, know how to control your margins and be at your happiest training, inspiring & developing a happy team.
Ideally youll have worked in a similar fresh food kitchen environment so wed love to hear from you if youve Head Chef of a restaurant or gastro pub, but if youve got a different background dont let that stop you from hitting that apply button!

About us
Tom Foolery is an independently-owned, dog-friendly eatery on the ground floor open for brunch, lunch every day of the week. Open for dinner Monday to Thursday.
On Friday & Saturday nights, we have a 20 seater steakhouse in the basement called MASA which serves rare breed Yorkshire beef on a wood fire grill.
We have designed the menu so that a team of 3 chefs in the kitchen is needed, 2 full time and 1 part time chef with a total allocation of 105 hours. This means that 4 days a week, chefs are to be working on shift by themselves.
