Sales and Marketing Administrator

The Role

Your main role is to assist the marketing team in the implementation of the company’s marketing campaigns and you’ll also support the wider sales team in the achievement of new home sales whilst maintaining the company’s already excellent reputation.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working within a highly focussed customer ethos, where attention to detail is applied across all elements of the role including digital marketing campaigns.  You’ll have the opportunity to input your own ideas and experience within the sphere of our marketing toolkit and brand guidelines.

The role ultimately assists in the delivery of the company ‘shop window’ and customer journey to ensure its communicated and presented to maximum effect.  This includes HTML email creation, managing prospect workflows and social media, giving flight to your graphic design skills or artistic flair, including marcomms that support the sale of new homes.  You’ll also report market research insights and coordinate customer extra orders, in addition to upgrades for show home set ups.

What we’re looking for in you

The successful applicant will be someone who can demonstrate their understanding of the marketing process both on and off-line, including digital marketing and social media. You’ll be a well organised team player with good administrative skills.  You should be experienced in campaign or project management and able to demonstrate successful, timely results.  Knowledge of corporate identity application along with a positive approach towards tasks is desirable, although full training and development can be given.
