We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a fast growing and dynamic sales and marketing team. The role will provide administration support to the team, the Sales and Marketing Director and the Marketing Manager. The role will involve coordinating meetings, taking minutes, document production, coordinating diaries and booking travel and accommodation. It will also be responding to comments and messages on social media platforms, creating content for social media, taking photos and videos and supporting with event coordination.

Duties include:

  • Providing support to the Sales and Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and the wider Sales and Marketing team.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the PA and Office Manager
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Document production including producing PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Assist with creating social media content including taking photos and producing videos
  • Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
  • Supporting with coordinating events

Requirements for the role:

  • Driving licence is essential
  • Previous administration, team coordination or PA experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office
