- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from both pre-sales and after-sales customers, providing expert advice and recommending tailored products or solutions to meet their project or lifestyle needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone, email, or live chat, preparing quotes and identifying opportunities to boost sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Oversee the sales pipeline to monitor potential opportunities, follow up on quotes, and secure sales effectively.
- Promptly follow up on leads through calls and emails to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
- Manage and enhance the CRM system, building a robust and high-quality customer database to deliver exceptional service and support.
