Sales Administrator

Wetherby

£22k to £24k pa

Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client in Wetherby to recruit a Sales Administrator.

As the Sales Administrator you will support the team by looking after buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process, sharing responsibility for addressing customer enquiries, and notifying the appropriate parties of any schedule delays, maintaining all client case management and, working with other departments when required

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator

  • Handle customer inquiries through all available communication channels.
  • Qualify potential clients and accurately register them in the internal system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Identify and understand customer needs.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate general diary activities.
  • Conduct money laundering checks as required.
  • Ensure all funding verification checks are completed.
  • Take responsibility for all departmental administrative tasks.
  • Keep case files up-to-date and organised.
  • Support the team by gathering comprehensive data on each property.
  • Research the local property market by evaluating listings and monitoring market trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • List properties highlighting relevant services and amenities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings.
  • Regularly update and fully leverage internal estate agency software for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping by making detailed and appropriate notes.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and OFT/TPO regulations.
  • Always represent TPBC professionally, ensuring a positive business image with clients, investors, and other relevant parties.
  • Report any issues directly to the team manager.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge and attend all necessary training sessions.

Working Hours : Mon - Thurs: 09:00 - 18:00

Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

There could be a Saturday Rota which is 1:3 9am-12pm (only through very busy periods)
