No two days are the same:As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be working closely with operational teams, providing financial insight that helps drive performance.
- Ownership of end-to-end monthly management accounts.
- Reviewing cost allocations to ensure accuracy.
- Producing detailed variance analysis and commercial reporting.
- Weekly flash forecasting for your business unit.
- Owning the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process.
- Supporting bids, tenders, and strategic initiatives with financial insight.
Is this for you?To succeed as a Finance Business Partner, you'll need:
- A professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or equivalent experience (QBE).
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Confidence in presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders.
- The ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
