Triton Recruitment are working with West Yorkshires premier food manufacturer.
We are looking for a Nights Line Leader from a FMCG Background, preferably food.
The working hours are 18:00 06:00
Working the below over a two week period
WEEK 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
WEEK 2 - Wednesday, Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example at all times
Ensure all Work is carried out safely
Keep your work area to the required GMP standard
Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans, for multiple areas.
Work with Shift Manager/ Supervisor to ensure your team are trained and capable.
Ensure an effective handover is completed with oncoming co-ordinator, and the line is at standard at handover.
Understands plans and takes steps to ensure their effective completion.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Competencies
Excellent communicator
Supports development of SOPs and can train others.
Capable of operating all equipment on lines run.
Knows line targets and how to operate the line to those targets
CCP trained
Food safety 2
HACCP 2
Allergen Awareness
