Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently working with a fast growing company based in Wetherby who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their established HR team on a full time, permanent basis. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and development. This fully onsite role will report into the Head of HR and play a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding. As a HR Administrator, your day to day duties will include:

  • Processing new starters, contract changes & leavers 
  • Managing recruitment requests and overseeing the Company recruitment portal
  • Screening applicants for office based & managerial roles as required.
  • Overseeing TUPE transfers
  • Assisting with Employee Relations cases including performance management, absence management, investigations and disciplinaries
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
