We offer services for all aspects of computer systems from conception and design through to implementation and on-going technical support.
Our offerings include IT hardware, cyber security, SAAS, cloud, accounting software and add-ons, CRM software and bespoke solutions. We provide services to cover all stages of an IT project to small and medium sized companies mainly across Yorkshire and the surrounding area.
An opportunity has arisen to join our sales team and consideration will be given to either a junior person, with a good knowledge of IT, looking for a career in IT sales or a more experienced account manager looking for a new challenge.
Based in our Wetherby offices with the option for some remote working following a successful probationary period.
Responsibilities include preparing, managing and processing day-to-day enquiries from our existing customers as required. They also entail speaking with and potentially visiting prospect customers with a member of the technical team. Some examples of both scenarios could include:
- a single user PC with 365, anti-virus etc
- a server upgrade including back up, support and anti-virus
- company-wide replacement of end-of-life machines
- identifying client needs and advising on how to improve their overall IT infrastructure following an engineer audit
Experience of generating your own leads would be an advantage and excellent communication skills are essential.
