Our client is an established and expanding organisation looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team.
The role will be varied but duties will include:
- Admin support including minute taking, booking events, issuing letters, scanning and filing.
- Managing electronic diaries for scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Proactively managing social media platforms.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Assisting in the creation of captivating social media content, including taking photos and shooting videos.
- Organising and coordinating travel and accommodation.
- Drafting documents using various software (including Microsoft Office).
- Supporting with the creation of the board pack.
- Answering and managing calls.
- Contributing to the development of reports and presentations.
- Organising and attending meetings.
About you:
- A proactive and enthusiastic administrator
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to manage a busy workload.
- A full driving license and access to your own transport are essential.
