An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing start-up based in Wetherby. Salary: £30,000 + Excellent Commission Scheme
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using various platforms, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Employer Branding: Support the positioning of the business as an attractive employer of choice by contributing to brand development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a start-up or fast-growing business. Experience in both volume and specialist hiring is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates at all levels.
- Proactive & Creative Approach: A self-starter who can think outside the box to source and attract top talent.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and keep recruitment processes on track.
- Passion for Start-Ups: A genuine interest in working within a growing business and an enthusiasm for start-up culture.
