Pyramid8 are recruiting for an enthusiastic sales administrator to work in the property industry. They are more than an estate agency and offer a fun environment to work in.

You will support the team by looking after buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process, sharing responsibility for addressing customer enquiries, and notifying the appropriate parties of any schedule delays, maintaining all client case management and, working with other departments when required.

You will have strong administration background, have excellent communication skill and be able to prioritise and plan your own work

As well as working in a fun environment with on site gym, the role offers progression opportunities and they are looking for an individual who wants to learn.

Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries through all available communication channels.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate general diary activities.
  • Ensure all funding verification checks are completed.
  • Take responsibility for all departmental administrative tasks.
  • Keep case files up-to-date and organised.
  • Support the team by gathering comprehensive data on each property.
  • List properties highlighting relevant services and amenities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings.
  • Regularly update and fully leverage internal estate agency software for maximum efficiency.
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when required
