Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, including support staff and therapists, to provide holistic support for students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of SEND and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
