Responsibilities

  • To provide a professional and friendly service to all stakeholders and colleagues
  • Accurately maintain and organise company records
  • Check and process all transactions ensuring they are compliant.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of information for clients and management
  • Ensure that data is accurate and complete.
  • Provide high quality administrative assistance to the Manager and wider team

Key Skills

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated environment desirable
  • A positive, friendly service orientated team player with a "can do" attitude who is aware of the important role played by advisers and their staff in providing financial advice.
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Confident user of Excel and MS office
