Our client are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in a corporate benefits role to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with queries from a range of stakeholders
- Maintaining and monitoring the running of accounts
- Processing new employees onto pension system
- Updating the database maintaining client files
- Providing a seamless service to all clients
Key attributes
- 2+ years in a corporate benefits role
- Excellent client services and administrative skills
- An excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes (essential)
- Direct knowledge of a range of benefit products including GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental and GCIC (essential)
- Auto enrolment and rebroke knowledge
- GR1 - Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (desirable)
- A "can do" attitude, determination and a readiness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to work independently
