Our client are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in a corporate benefits role to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with queries from a range of stakeholders
  • Maintaining and monitoring the running of accounts
  • Processing new employees onto pension system
  • Updating the database maintaining client files
  • Providing a seamless service to all clients

Key attributes

  • 2+ years in a corporate benefits role
  • Excellent client services and administrative skills
  • An excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes (essential)
  • Direct knowledge of a range of benefit products including GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental and GCIC (essential)
  • Auto enrolment and rebroke knowledge
  • GR1 - Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (desirable)
  • A "can do" attitude, determination and a readiness to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to work independently
