Description

  • Record and Monitor student attendance
  • Send letters to parents regarding attendance
  • Make telephone enquiries
  • Work with the SLT to track and monitor attendance
  • Manage student records and data.
  • Work with external facilities on lettings of school property
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures.

Profile

A successful School Office Administrator should have:

  • A good understanding of office practices and methods.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school administration software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of discretion for both business and personal affairs.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
