Your Role:

As our Internal Sales Executive, youll be at the heart of our business, driving growth through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer relationship management. This isnt just about maintaining accountsits about making impactful connections, closing deals, and pushing boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smash sales targets in value, volume, and gross margin
  • Proactively develop new accountsdont be afraid to pick up the phone!
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Deliver top-notch customer service via calls, emails, and beyond
  • Provide tailored quotations using company pricing tools and CRM
  • Keep sales processes sharp, efficient, and compliant
  • Support stock purchasing to meet demand without unnecessary costs
  • Present clear, concise monthly sales reports to management

About You:

  • Proven track record in internal sales, telesales, or business development
  • Confident, fearless on the phone, and driven to close deals
  • Strong relationship management skillsyou know how to keep clients happy
  • Experience in product sales preferred; solution sales also considered
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
