Your new companyMy client are a leading name in Medical Devices, providing restorative medical products that aim to improve the quality of life of patients. Partnering with Medical professionals and the NHS, they have vast customer groups and an excellent reputation. Due to changes in the team, we are partnering with them to recruit the permanent role of Product Manager for the UK business, working hybrid from offices in Surrey. Your new roleAs Product Manager, you will work with both Sales teams and Customer Marketing to ensure the needs of the product portfolio are met, and the sales teams are set up for success. You will be the subject-matter expert for your product category, ensuring ranges are fit for purpose, training is delivered, and troubleshoot any product issues and queries. You will be responsible for the planning and strategic direction of the product portfolio, compiling feedback, input and insight from stakeholders to support the portfolio and new product decision-making and engaging with EMEA and Global marketing teams to identify future product opportunities. You will own UKI Product Management, developing product commercial entry to market strategy, including pricing in collaboration with the EMEA and local sales teams, as well as proactively supporting both internal and external stakeholders with product, key messaging training and product knowledge. You will ensure product information is up-to-date and made available to relevant teams, and work with sales teams to review and continuously improve processes and materials to enhance the customer experience. What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor degree or similar in marketing, life science or other related fields
  • Experience of the healthcare industry and an understanding of Medical Device Marketing
  • Prior experience in Product Marketing related roles, ideally 3-5 years
  • Commercially aware - ability to analyse and determine appropriate investment to maximise outcome
  • Experience with project management tools and budget control
  • A strong collaborator and confident team player who is comfortable working across different functions in a global organisation
  • Skilled at delivering presentations and excellent communications skills
  • Managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different product groups
  • Ability to travel within the role and valid UK Driving licence

What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of between £60,000 - £68,000 (depending on experience) plus a benefits package including car allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme and private healthcare. Flexible working options are available, but there will be a requirement to commute to their Surrey office on a hybrid basis (2-3 times per week minimum).
