Duties:

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
Answer customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Amending bookings for customers
Problem solve where necessary to ensure the customer has a resolution to any queries or concerns
Discussing outstanding payments with customers

The successful candidate:

Will have previous experience dealing with customers
Will be able to work well towards deadlines
Must be able to start a temp role immediately
