We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead the care team at our luxury care home in Surrey. You'll ensure the highest quality care for our residents, helping them live safe, fulfilling lives.

Your Role

  • Oversee daily care delivery, ensuring efficient staffing and cost management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, driving excellence in care standards.
  • Support the General Manager as needed, contributing to the home's success and managing the care services budget.
  • Serve as a super-user for our care systems (MCM and RADAR), assisting others with IT-related tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Services Manager or equivalent.
  • Must have valid NMC pin.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
