Your Role
- Oversee daily care delivery, ensuring efficient staffing and cost management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, driving excellence in care standards.
- Support the General Manager as needed, contributing to the home's success and managing the care services budget.
- Serve as a super-user for our care systems (MCM and RADAR), assisting others with IT-related tasks.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Services Manager or equivalent.
- Must have valid NMC pin.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
