Our client is seeking an energy modeler to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting sustainable design principles and providing clients with insights to optimise energy efficiency.

Job specification:

  • Perform energy modelling and performance analysis using IES (VE) and/or NABERS software.
  • Develop and analyse building energy simulations for performance, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Work closely with clients, explaining complex technical information in clear, accessible language.
  • Contribute to sustainable design projects by applying energy modelling principles.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to document findings and recommendations.

Person specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or above (any field).
  • Experience with energy modelling software, particularly IES (VE) and/or NABERS.
  • Strong understanding of energy modelling, performance analysis, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for conveying technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Passion for sustainable design and environmental responsibility.
