The role of Project Manager involves:
- Lead projects to win new clients and enhance existing client value
- Managing the onboarding of new clients
- Introducing new services to existing clients
- Ensure high-quality service delivery within standards
- Planning each project phase, analysing each project and coordinating
- Monitor quality of client documents
- Maintain good communication between stakeholders
- Collaborate with providers to enhance service
- Gather feedback to help improve team performance and client satisfaction
- Find ways to improve the current process
- Participate in relevant training and development initiatives
- Keep up to date with current policies and procedures
The ideal Project Manager:
- Understanding of Financial Services
- Good understanding of Pensions is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using database
- Confident collating and analysing data
- Organised and proactive individual
- Great at working to deadlines
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
