Admissions Officer – 37 hours per week 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday 52 weeks per year – Circa £22,500. Based in Weybridge, with some possible cover in Ashford, Surrey.

About the role:

As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the application process.

Your role will involve:

  • Processing applications and making offers
  • Providing comprehensive information on courses, funding, and entry requirements
  • Assessing student eligibility for financial support
  • Ensuring compliance with government funding regulations
  • Contributing to recruitment and marketing activities

To fulfil the role of Admissions Officer you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation ability
  • A passion for education
  • Genuine interest in helping others
  • Experience in FE sector a distinct advantage, but not essential
