HR Advisor (12 Month FTC) - Weybridge (3x p/w) - up to 40k

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and support HR operations across Poland, Hungary, and other European branches.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Lead training and development initiatives, identifying needs and sourcing providers.
  • Stay ahead of UK employment law changes and implement best practices.


What You'll Bring:

  • Three to five years' HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Experience with HR systems, with Workday preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus.
