What You'll Do:
- Oversee and support HR operations across Poland, Hungary, and other European branches.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, policies, and best practices.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Lead training and development initiatives, identifying needs and sourcing providers.
- Stay ahead of UK employment law changes and implement best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Three to five years' HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across cultures and seniority levels.
- Experience with HR systems, with Workday preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus.
