Our client is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to collaborate with HR teams, line managers, and key stakeholders across the organisation. This role will play a crucial part in supporting HR initiatives, performance management, and organisational development.

The HR Advisor will provide expert guidance and support across various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while driving positive employee experiences. This role will involve working closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to shape HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of business strategy plans
  • Assisting with performance management, salary reviews, and promotion processes
  • Collaborating with HRBPs on projects to enhance the employee experience
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance, and updating internal policies
  • Advising line managers on organisational structure and design
  • Drafting reports and providing insights for the Head of HR and HRBPs
  • Generating feedback data to inform HR decisions
  • Planning and implementing initiatives to promote organisational culture

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional HR qualification (CIPD preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
