Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, including training programs, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
  • Drive HR strategy and initiatives to align with business goals, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic support and guidance on people management.
  • Create and implement HR policies and programs that foster employee engagement and development.
  • Deliver effective learning and development solutions to enhance skills and career growth across the organisation.
  • Run employee engagement and retention programs to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR needs, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Profile

  • Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end HR solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • The ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Understanding of payroll processes, employment law, and HR compliance.
  • Talent development expertise, with experience creating and implementing learning programs that support employee growth and development.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and managing change effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate HR challenges and address them with creative, practical solutions.
  • A passion for people, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • End-to-end employee relations expertise, with a strong ability to manage conflict resolution, handle grievances, and ensure a positive, compliant workplace culture.
