We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Site Manager to work for a privately owned developer on 2 upcoming developments.
You will be tasked with overseeing 2 residential developments, 1 in Weybridge and the other in Bookham.
You will be responsible for acting as the lead for all site operational management of these two projects and work as a key team player under direction and direct communication with the two companyDirectors. Responsibility is to deliver projects to the highest possible standard and contribute in a proactive way to the company, whilst maintaining all personal duties. As the Site Manager, youwill be expected to be based between the two construction sites.
The ideal person will have experience on both new build residential developments as well listed buildings and be able to easily drive forward both sites.
You must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
This is an excellent opportunity with good rates and will run for 10-12 months.
