Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy team!

We are looking for a well presented and articulate individual to join our fun dynamic team in Weybridge. We are a growing business so this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager/Administrator to help us with this expansion. We always aim to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients so excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

We are a small friendly team, and are looking for an individual who is able to manage their own workload, and is comfortable dealing with clients/tenants directly on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out property midterm inspections and dealing with any issues noted
  • Preparing tenant notices to be served in the correct legal format within the required timescales
  • Dealing with deposit releases including negotiating appropriate deductions
  • Resolve and efficiently deal with maintenance issues when they arise
  • Coordinating works with relevant contractors
  • Liaising with Landlords to keep them fully informed on maintenance issues and to seek authorisation on quoted works
  • Processing contractor invoices to ensure prompt payment
  • Answering the phone and log all calls received
  • Undertaking administration tasks as required. This could involve general office admin and pre tenancy admin.
  • Coordinating renewals and processing paperwork in timely manner
  • Replying to emails received promptly
  • Attending site visits when necessary

Key skill required for the role:

  • Excellent problem solver
  • Logical individual with common sense
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner with customer service experience
  • Self-motivated but also team player
  • A passion for the property sector with relevant experience
  • Full driving license and use of own vehicle

This role would include additional administrative duties, so proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages and excellent attention to detail would be a necessity.
