Join our client's dedicated team as a Beauty Lecturer and contribute to delivering high-quality education in the creative industries. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inspiring students ranging from 14 to adult learners, preparing them for further study and careers in beauty and related fields.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
- Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
- Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the workforce.
- Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience of teaching in Further Education (FE) is a distinct advantage.
- A1/V1 qualifications or willingness to work towards achieving these.
- Teaching qualifications are preferred, or candidates should be prepared to work towards this with our support.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
