Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a small team of finance professionals
- Contributing to the overall business strategy, objectives, and business plan
- Providing financial support in areas such as cash management, profitability, and investment
- Presenting financial information to various stakeholders and conducting detailed variance analysis
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial reporting, and audit requirements
- Producing weekly, monthly, and annual cash forecasts
- Developing and managing five-year plans, annual budgets, and monthly rolling 12-month forecasts
