Our client, an expanding company in Weymouth, is seeking a skilled and experienced Test Technician to join their team.

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various testing procedures to determine the performance of electronic products. This role requires someone who is experienced in both automated and manual testing techniques, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate and reliable results.

Main responsibilities:


- Conduct both automated and manual testing on our electronic products
- Perform fault finding to identify potential issues and ensure products meet safety standards
- Handle and analyse customer returns to determine the root cause of any faults
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and vibration testing as required
- Prepare and present investigation reports to management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the electronic manufacturing team to ensure products are built to the highest quality standards

Key requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronic industry
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and circuit diagrams
- Experience with electronic manufacturing is a plus
- A technical degree or certification is preferred
