Aspire People is seeking passionate and dedicated Qualified Teaching Assistants (minimum Level 2) to join our team, supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in classrooms across Derbyshire.

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students with SEND, helping them thrive in their learning environment. Working closely with teachers, you will assist in creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every student can succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support for SEND students in the classroom.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behavior and encourage student engagement.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents/guardians.
Requirements:
A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Experience working with SEND students is highly desirable.

Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours as required.
